Mahesh Babu's Dookudu tops winners list of CineMAA Awards 2012


Prince Mahesh Babu starrer movie Dookudu has topped the winners list of CineMAA Awards 2012. The action comedy film has grabbed seven coveted awards at the awards ceremony held on Sunday evening. Other films like Anaganaga O Dheerudu, Rajanna and Sri Ramarajyam have also won two awards each.

Sreenu Vaitla directed movie Dookudu has been adjudged the Best film, while Mahesh Babu and Sreenu Vytla walked away with the Best Actor and Best Director awards, respectively. The film has also bagged other awards like Best Cinematographer, Best Villain, Best Comedian and Best Comedian (Jury).

The CineMAA Awards for the year 2012 were announced at a grand event held in HICC Novotel, Hyderabad on Sunday evening, June 17. It was a star-studded affair, which witnessed the presence of big celebrities like Mahesh Babu, Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna, Kamal Hassan, K Raghavendra Rao, Allu Arvind, SP Balasubramanyam, Nayantara, Tamanna, Shriya Sharan, Shruti Hassan and many others.
